The Chief Executive of Terry Creek Company is Raymond Laub, a retired insurance executive with 25 years experience in the development and management of real estate.
He previously owned 75 duplex and apartment rental units, and developed two high end subdivisions including the building of homes for speculative sale and the sale of over 125 home sites with aggregate values in excess of $20 million.
David Ott, Ph.D. is Business and Operations Manager of Terry Creek Company. For the past several years David has been an Adjunct Professor of Math at USC Spartanburg.
Prior to this recent teaching David had twenty years management experience at Milliken & Company in both foreign and domestic operations.
