The Terry Creek Corridor
Terry Creek Corridor Photo The Terry Creek Corridor is a one and a half mile valley on both sides of Terry Creek and Terry Creek Road between The Cliffs Valley and the North Saluda River. This magnificent one thousand acre mountain valley corridor is midway between Hendersonville North Carolina and Greenville South Carolina, and immediately positioned between the Cliffs Valley and the Pla d'Adet communities. It is within three miles of the Gary Player Estates, Cliffs Mountain Park, La Bastide Country Inn, Gary Player Village and the rumored Duke University Wellness Project. In excess of a half billion dollars of new construction is planned during the next five years within a five mile radius of the Terry Creek Corridor.
